INTERNATIONAL PAPERS - Weds. 06.01.16: US President Barack Obama was moved to tears yesterday as he announced new steps aimed at curbing gun violence, but was such a show of emotion appropriate? Papers are divided. Also, there's lots of shock in the German press over reports that scores of women were sexually assaulted and robbed in the city of Cologne during New Year’s Eve celebrations.
