Two online petitions demanding Steven Avery, the subject of the Netflix documentary series ‘Making A Murderer,’ be pardoned have already collectively gathered over 100,000 signatures.
In mid-December, Netflix released the documentary ‘Making A Murderer,’ which focuses on what the makers of the series allege was the wrongful conviction of Steven Avery.
Avery was sentenced to life in prison without parole for killing photographer Teresa Halbach. The last place she was reportedly seen was near his home. Two online petitions demanding he be pardoned have already collectively gathered over 100,000 signatures.
