[] You can either use a large one or two smaller ones. I only leaked a little when I used one small one and waited too long in between squeezing it out. Another thing that helps is blackstrap molasses. I started taking it to help with period constipation. It worked for that but it also helped my cramps go away, and I noticed my period discharge was a lot more....solid I guess? Less liquid. Try it and see. 1-3 tablespoons a day when you feel the need. It's best in a liquid but I have taken it straight before.
