Flood waters still high in Argentina's Concordia

"We didn't expect so much water" said one resident of Concordia, Argentina, on Tuesday, where people were using boats to get around after massive flooding. On Monday, Interior Minister Rogelio Frigerio told a news conference that in the country's northeast about 20,000 were evacuated from their homes by the flooding of the Uruguay River.
