Callonwood Subdivision is one of the Premier Neighborhoods in the Matthews area and is a great place to live!
I admit I'm a little biased, but I LOVE this little neighborhood!
Located largely in Union County, and thus taking advantage of the County's school system, it also has a few houses in Mecklenburg County. Thus homes in this community can be in the Matthews, Union County, or Town of Stallings tax district!
Callonwood is a community of over 600 homes with friendly neighbors, and incredible convenience to amenities, minutes from Downtown Matthews or Stallings, and easy access to major roads to get you where you want to go!

Built in the 2000's, home buyers have a wide variety of homes to chose from! From townhomes, to cute single-story cottages, up to executive homes, this neighborhood has something for everyone!
