Displaced Iraqis originally from the Anbar province celebrated on Tuesday in Baghdad's al-Takya al-Kasnazaniya camp, a day after Iraq declared the city of Ramadi, the Anbar provincial capital, liberated from the Islamic State group and raised the national flag over its government complex, clinching a landmark victory against the jihadists.
