Argentina: Macri Removes Head of Communications Regulatory Agency
  • 8 years ago
After barely a week in office, Argentine President Mauricio Macri removed the head of the country's Communications Regulatory Agency (AFSCA), Martin Sabbatella. The move is seen as an attempt to remove officials -bypassing Congress' authority- tied to the previous presidential administrators and replace them with appointees more in line with the new government's neoliberal policies. teleSUR
