'Hoverboards' selling well for Christmas despite risks

So-called 'hoverboards', electric two-wheeled personal transporters, are selling well ahead of Christmas, despite concerns over the batteries in some models spontaneously catching fire and moves by cities including New York to ban their use on the street.
