A year pervious, the Federal Bioterrorism Commission (FBC) sent Parker and Jessica to keep the floating city called Terragrigia under control from BOWs that Veltro unleashed onto the city.
Back in the present day, Parker meet a familiar face from his FBC days while he and Jill attempt to search the ship for answer and go to the emergency communication room to try and control their HQ.
