Rich man acquitted of rape with 'fell and accidentally penetrated her' defense

LONDON — A Saudi multimillionaire who claims he tripped and fell at an angle that allowed his ding dong to accidentally penetrate the hoohah of a teenaged girl has been acquitted of the rape charge against him.
On August 7, 2014, Ehsan Abdulaziz invited a 24-year-old lover and her 18-year-old friend to a private table at Cirque le Soir nightclub in West London. After buying them a round of drinks, he reportedly drove them back to his luxury condo in his Aston Martin.
Once they got there, he offered them Roberto Cavalli vodka, and eventually whisked the 24-year-old into the bedroom. Her 18-year-old friend decided to pass out on the couch, but claims she was woken up later in the night by Abdulaziz, who was gyrating on top of her ... and inside of her.
Abdulaziz was arrested soon after. He told police he had gotten up to offer the girl a T-shirt, or to call her a cab. He said she grabbed his head and kissed him, which caused him to fall forward and accidentally penetrate her. Abdulaziz claims he had sex with her friend earlier, which explains why there were traces of his DNA found on the 18-year-old.
After half an hour of deliberating, the jury acquitted the multi-millionaire of the rape charge.
