Just Cause 3 Revolver Training Course 5 gears shooting gallery.
Some tips: focus on the moving targets first before they disappear, trying to catch high-score green circle targets in the rear.
In my opinion, moving targets on front are mandatory and targets on the rear are optional. Every time I focused of rear targets first - lost the challenge. Once shot front targets as a priority and rear targets by the way - completed challenge for 5 gears.
