Holiday gangsters steal 190 Christmas trees from Manchester mini market

Manchester, England — Police in Manchester are on the lookout for a small gang of criminals responsible for 190 missing Christmas trees at a small suburban store.

The bulk of the trees were stolen on November 28 around 9:40 pm. Police have released security camera footage of the men burglarizing the back of the Khawja Brothers Mini Market, located in Chorlton-cum-Hardy on Manchester Road.

Police suspect the entire sum of trees was stolen on two dates, November 28 and November 30. The video has been posted to the Manchester Police Facebook page to get the public's help in taking down the tree burglars, who've reportedly been spotted re-selling the trees out of their van around town.

Police have asked the public not to buy Christmas trees from these men, and if recognized, to report them immediately.
