Argentina: Macri to Eliminate Tax on Grain Exports

Having just taken office, Argentine President Mauricio Macri is announcing steps that will involve rolling back social gains achieved during the two previous administrations. Macri announced that in the next few hours he would sign a decree eliminating the tax on exports of soy and other grains.
