Trucolor trailer for the 1950 Roy Rogers western, BELLS OF CORONADO, with Dale Evans, Pat Brady, Clifton Young and Foy Willing and the Riders of the Purple Sage.
Though Roy made 19 films in Trucolor between 1947 and 1950, six of them have yet to be found in their original color versions. Western film buff owe a debt of gratitude to record producer "Snuff" Garrett for preserving many of the Roy Rogers film. His pioneering video company, The Nostalgia Merchant, restored many of the uncut Roy Rogers and practically all of the Trucolor Rogers westerns that exist today.
