France: Nations at COP21 Have Not Reached Final Agreement

A final agreement has not been reached at the COP 21 Conference in Paris by what was to have been the deadline. This situation has provoked widespread disappointment, especially in small nation islands in the Caribbean, which are among the most affected by climate change. Yet some still hold out hope that a final agreement can be reached. Certain issues are still being debated, such as payment to countries affected by climate change. The deadline for presenting a final document is Saturday morning at 8am. teleSUR
