Preparing the samosa pocket and the samosas. Add flour to a container. Add salt and mix it in properly. Add 3 tablespoon of cooking oil and rub it in until well incorporated. Add water in little amounts until all the flour is incorporated into the dough. Knead for about 5 minutes. Cover it with a plastic bag for 15 minutes. Divide it into smaller portions. Roll the portions into a diameter of 7 inches each. Apply oil and sprinkle some flour onto the rolled dough. Roll another dough and place it on top of the first dough. Apply oil and sprinkle some flour on top of it, do this for like 5-6 pieces of rolled dough. Roll the pieces altogether to a diameter of ten inches. Make patterns using your finger on the tip of the final rolled dough to help see when the dough is ready for peeling while cooking
Place the sheets of dough on your cooking pan. Keep tapping the dough as it cooks, to help them join together. Carefully peel off the first sheet of dough. Cut them into four pieces each. Cover
