France's favourite granny joins Twitter

She became a beacon of hope, tolerance and open-mindedness in the sombre days that followed the Paris attacks. Danielle Mérian, a 77-year-old retired lawyer, was interviwed by BFMTV after laying flowers on front of the Bataclan concert hall and her short message inspired so many people that she has now opened a Twitter account to communicate with the public.
