Bloomberg Business revealed on Wednesday that the buyer of the only copy of a recent Wu-Tang Clan album was pharmaceutical CEO Martin Shkreli.
In early 2014, the producer and leader of the highly regarded rap group Wu-Tang Clan publicized plans to make only one copy of their upcoming album.
Titled ‘Once Upon a Time in Shaolin,’ the sole recording would go to the person offering the most money.
The sale negotiations began in May, but the name of the purchaser was unknown until recently.
