Cyclist very nearly ploughs into pedestrian at crossing in London

Footage has emerged from London, UK of a cyclist very nearly crashing into a pedestrian after running a red light.

The video, filmed on a helmet cam near Putney Bridge, London on December 3, shows the cyclist speed through a red light before stopping just in time when he was about to hit a pedestrian.

The filmer later wrote online: "Could have been so much worse if he'd braked later or if his brakes weren't working at all."
