Venezuela opposition celebrates parliamentary election win

Caracas, Dec 7 (EFE).- The President of the National Electoral Council, or CNE, of Venezuela, Tibisay Lucena, Sunday announced the opposition alliance Democratic Unity Roundtable, or MUD, as winners of the legislative elections with a total of 99 opposition legislators against 46 pro-government Chavistas.
