Monday Moan DLC

I bought Fallout 4 and was happy to hear that there would be some DLC next year. I also preordered Just cause 3 and found out that there is already DLC for it, but it isn't out until December.
I was pretty annoyed by this as men of my age tend to be by most things. I don't think a game should be made at the same time as the DLC especially when that DLC is needed to round out the game. It felt like buying half a game.
I have decided not to cancel my preorder but instead I will wait to buy the DLC when it is on offer rediculously cheap on Steam or G2A.com
