3,200-Year-Old Female Mummy Undergoes Scans

Researchers at Stanford recently subjected a mysterious 3,200-year-old mummy to a comprehensive CT scan in an attempt to unravel her ancient mysteries.

There's a mummy called Hatason, and radiologists at Stanford University are intent on deciphering her secrets.
She died around 3,200 years ago in Egypt. And her name isn't really Hatason. 
Jonathan Elias, the director of the Akhmim Mummy Studies Consortium, said, "That is a corruption, we believe, of the name of a famous queen, Hatshepsut.”
