DADDY'S GIRL - IRVINE ALLAN (2001)

  • 8 yıl önce
Scotsman Irvine Allan made Daddy's Girl after more than a decade of working in theatre. He originally trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama with a specialisation in directing. His minimalistic approach helped in the making of this simpl and bleak story of a father drinking in a pub while his seven year-old daughter waits for him outside. It won the jury prize at Cannes in 2001.
