Hundreds of Cubans Stranded in Panama

Hundreds of Cuban migrants arrived in Panama yesterday en route to the United States. Upwards of 4,000 are stranded with no solution in sight at the Costa Rican-Nicaraguan border, as Managua will not allow them to cross through its territory. Havana blames U.S. legislation, specifically the Cuban Adjustment Act, for encouraging illegal and irregular immigration be allowing any Cuban who reaches the country to remain and obtain residency and then citizenship. teleSUR
