Taylor Swift has made another fan's wildest dreams come true. 12-year-old Jorja Hope was diagnosed with a condition that causes hearing loss. It was her dream to meet Swift before she lost her hearing. This weekend, that wish came true and the two met back stage at her concert in Sydney, Australia.
