Baby pangolin released into the wild

Twenty-four Sunda pangolins, including a mother and baby, were released back into the wild in Vietman earlier this week.

They were rescued and then re-released by local NGO "Save Vietnam's Wildlife."

Sunda Pangolins, also known as scaly anteaters, are considered to be critically endangered. Like other pangolin species, the Sunda pangolin is hunted for its skin, scales, and meat, used in clothing manufacture and traditional medicine
