Right-Wing Wins Argentine Presidential Runoff

For the first time in 17 years, the right-wing has defeated an incumbent progressive government in Latin America at the ballot box. In yesterday's run-off presidential elections in Argentina, neoliberal standard bearer Mauricio Macri beat governing Front for Victory candidate Daniel Scioli by 3%.
