Argentinians Head to the Polls in Presidential Run-Off

Argentinians are voting today in second round presidential elections. The country's 32 million voters will chose between Daniel Scioli of the governing center-left Front for Victory and neoliberal candidate Mauricio Macri of the conservative Let's Change coalition.
