Ndërsa Komisioni i Ligjeve duhet të miratonte rezolutën për punën e Prokurorisë së Përgjithshme për vitin 2011, mbledhja ka degjeneruar ne akuza, sharje e fyerje për kryeprokuroren. Deputeti demokrat, Fatos Hoxha, nuk ka ngurruar ta quaje Ina Ramën një rrugaçe, duke shkaktuar reagimin e forte te deputeteve socialiste. Gjithçka nisi në momentin kur deputeti Pandeli Majko shprehu rezerva në lidhje me formulimin e projektrezolutës, pasi sipas tij, ishte anashkaluar ngjarja e 21 Janarit, për te cilën mazhoranca akuzoi Ina Ramen si pjese te puçit institucional. Debati ka çuar ne largimin e deputeteve socialiste dhe me pas, votimin vetëm me votat e demokrateve te projektrezolutës. Përmes këtij dokumenti Komisioni i sugjeron Kuvendit t'i kërkojë Prokurorisë së Përgjithshme qe te intensifikoje përpjekjet për luftën kundër korrupsionit, te analizoje rekomandimet e Ministrisë se Drejtësisë për politiken penale, si dhe te zhvilloje procedura transparente larg konfliktit te interesit.

Democrat MP, Fatos Hoxha, has not hesitated to call Ina Rama, a street urchin, causing a strong reaction to the socialist deputies. Everything began when deputy Pandeli Majko expressed reservations about the wording of the draft, as according to him, was overlooked event of January 21, for which the majority Ina Rama indicted as part of institutional coup.
