Kjo komune, por edhe disa njësi te tjera vendore, se bashku me Bashkinë Fier, i detyrohen kompanisë se energjisë "CEZ" një shume prej 1 milion e 600 mije lekesh te reja, si pasoje e mospagesave te faturave për Drejtorinë e Ujësjellës-Kanalizimeve.
