Për te shtatën dite radhazi, punonjësit e shërbimit funeral te pushuar nga puna kane protestuar para Bashkise se Tiranes. Sipas kreut te Konfederatës se Sindikatave, Kol Nikolla, tubimet do te vazhdojnë deri sa te marrin një përgjigje zyrtare mbi fatin e mëtejshëm te këtyre punëtorëve. Ne fakt, reforma ne gjithë administratën e Bashkise se Tiranes ka nisur qe me ardhjen e kryebashkiakut te ri te Lulzim Basha ne gusht te vitit te kaluar. Për afro 6 muaj, sipas këshilltarëve socialiste ne Këshillin Bashkiak, ajo ka sjelle heqjen nga puna te rreth 500 punonjësve. Ne dy muajt e pare te punës se tij, Basha firmosi largimin e rreth 150 punëtorëve, kryesisht ne administratën tatimore, policinë bashkiake dhe tre ndërmarrjet kryesore. Ndërsa gjithë drejtoret e Bashkise, dikur pjese e administratës Rama, dhanë dorëheqjen. Reforma vijoi me tej me vendimin e Këshillit Bashkiak te datës 10 nëntor 2011, kur u miratua shkurtimi i administratës me 300 punonjës, me argumentin e riorganizimit te strukturës. Ne gjithë këto lëvizje, vetëm një pjese e vogël janë hequr me motivacion shkelje ne pune apo paaftësi. Te larguarit kane zgjedhur forma te ndryshme për te kundërshtuar pushimet nga puna. Ne shërbimin civil ndodhen rreth 10 ankimime ndërsa një pjese e nëpunësve kane bere padi ne gjykate. Vete zyrtaret e Bashkise te kontaktuar nga Vizion Plus nuk sqarojnë vendimet e marra muajt e kaluar duke mos dhënë përgjigje as për pyetjen nëse reforma ne administratën e këtij institucioni do te vijoje.
