Colombia: Mothers of Soacha and the Falsa Positives Scandal

The Mothers of Soacha are mothers, wives and sisters of 19 young men forcibly disappeared and killed by the Colombian Army in late 2007 on the outskirts of Bogota. Historical memory of this and other crimes is a key element in the country's peace process. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota. teleSUR
