In a week that has seen no shortage of impressive ascents across the climbing spectrum, Dani Andrada has been back in the headlines having climbed 'Chilam Balam' (9b/5.15b) at Villanueva del Rosario in Southern Spain. Dani's was the fourth ascent of the route and has been followed up in the last couple of days by Edu Marín with the fifth. Also in action on the Spanish limestone this week was EpicTV Shop climber Jonathan Siegrist who has repeated the Chris Sharma route 'Papichulo' (9a+/5.15a) at Oliana. This was Jonathan's third of the grade. Meanwhile in the Alps, Ueli Steck has set a new speed record on the Eiger shaving six minutes off Dani Arnold's previous time. A little closer to the ground, Martin Stránik has repeated the Dave Graham boulder 'The Story of Two Worlds' (8C/V15) at Cresciano, Switzerland.
