Venezuelas Angered but not Surprised by U.S. Spying Scandal

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro delivered a formal protest to the U.S. Embassy over recently detected CIA and NSA spying programs within the country. New information indicates the CIA was involved through its Special Collection Program, in which massive amounts of data were compiled, with agents registered as diplomats. Venezuelans are angered by the reports although not surprised. The right-wing, U.S. aligned opposition has thus far not commented on the scandal. Isobel Finbow reports from Caracas. teleSUR
