Woman gets buck naked while running in traffic on San Francisco Bay Bridge

SAN FRANCISCO — Bay Bridge motorists got a little more than they bargained for Wednesday evening when a woman reportedly began stripping while running in the center lane.
The unidentified female began ran onto the bridge from the Fifth Street ramp at 6 p.m., according to the San Francisco Chronicle. She was fully clothed at this point.
The California Highway Patrol caught up to her and followed her while she stripped. On Twitter, netizens pointed out that the woman got buck naked.
After managing to "corral" the woman, officers put a blanket on her removed her from the bridge. "Her clothes are still out on the bridge somewhere or in the bay now," CHP Officer Peter Van Eckhardt told SFGate.
The woman was later taken to San Francisco General Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.
