Angry protesters in Kosovo's capital were dispersed by tear gas on Wednesday, after demonstrating against arrest warrants for four opposition politicians. Albin Kurti, a leader of the opposition Self-Determination Movement, on Tuesday used pepper spray on ministers, forcing lawmakers to evacuate the main hall. Kosovo Special Police announced their intentions to arrest Kurti and three other opposition figures. Kurti gathered with fellow opposition leaders outside the government building in the capital Pristina on Wednesday before the clashes started.
