Charlie Sheen says he's HIV positive and told his partners, except the ones suing him
  • 8 years ago
NEW YORK — For once people actually tuned into NBC's Today show with Matt Lauer to watch Charlie Sheen's announce that he's HIV positive. Sheen said on Tuesday he was speaking out because he was being extorted and to refute tabloid reports that he was intentionally spreading the AIDS virus to others.

The Anger Management star said he was diagnosed four years ago but was "not entirely sure" how he contracted the virus. He also said he's had to pay upwards of $10 million to keep people from going public about his condition.

The former Two and A Half Men star said that it was "impossible" he transmitted the virus to anyone else and that he has always been honest and used protection, although he did have unprotected sex twice under the care of his doctor.

Guess he just forgot to mention his condition to former porn star Bree Olson. And all the other women who are now coming out saying Sheen never disclosed his HIV status before they hopped into the sack. Sheen said he won't be a poster boy, but he won't shun responsibilities that drive him to help others. Who wouldn't want help from a drug addict into porn stars and prostitutes?
