Flashing Black Screen layer in Photoshop CC Problem Fix

When using Photoshop CC, my screen blinks, flicking, flashes, Entire Image Goes Black. What I do? Everytime I am working in Photoshop in windows using Typing tools, editing tools my screen layer black out for a few seconds.
Solution
goto Edit --> Preferences --> Performance
in Graphics Processor Settings Select Advance Settings
Change Drawing mode to Basic and press OK
Restart Photoshop.
