Bolivia has announced an increase in gas exploration following reports of increased production. In a press conference on Tuesday at the Repsol Refinery, President Evo Morales confirmed further investments to find five trillion cubic feet of gas in the area. Repsol President Antonio Bufao announced that his refinery has increased production to 19 million cubic meters of gas per day, surpassing expectations and generating some 30 percent of the energy that Bolivia produces. teleSUR
