This oil hair mask is ideal to use if your hair is damaged and if you are trying to grow out your hair. I specifically chose these oils because they've got everything you need and more to grow out your hair healthy from your scalp down to the tips of your hair.
I applied it on my scalp because the hair grows out from the roots of your scalp and not really from the bottom. So having a healthy scalp is essential for growing out long healthy hair.
