Argentina – Continuation of FPV Policies Main Campaign Issue
  • 8 years ago
On November 22, right-wing candidate Mauricio Macri will contend in a runoff election with Daniel Scioli of the ruling Front for Victory (FPV)coalition for the presidency of Argentina. Working families across the country are concerned about what the future holds for them, and especially the way a turn to the right under Macri would affect their lives. Many predict that he would favor big business, lower salaries and increase the foreign debt. Current policies such as the Universal Child Allowance are viewed positively by 62% of the population.
