6-Foot-Long Snake Found In London Park Close to Kids Play Area

A 6-foot-long boa constrictor was found in a London park close to the kids' play area.

Rangers working in London’s Danson Park got quite a surprise on Friday. 
They found a 6-foot-long boa constrictor creeping through some bushes close to the kids' play area.
A call was quickly placed to the RSPCA, and workers from the animal safety and rescue organization were swiftly dispatched to the scene. 
The snake was successfully trapped, but seemed unwell.
Described as being ‘lethargic,’ the reptile had likely been out in the cold for far too long. 
RSPCA workers took the snake to a specialized facility where the needed care can be provided. 
An inspector for the organization believes the animal’s owner, possibly overwhelmed with the responsibility, dumped it in the park.
