No more no frills: Europe's budget carriers cash in on small comforts

They changed the face of flying in Europe. Thirty years ago, Ireland's Ryanair took off with a promise of cheaper air travail, open to all. Ten years later, they were joined in the market by their now arch-rival Easyjet, which has just turned 20. After decades of offering no frills, both airlines have tweaked their business models to introduce more comfort for their customers.
