Micheal Prophet never played at Rototom Sunsplash before; that's why we are very proud to announce his presence at this year's edition of the festival . At the end of the seventies this artist began his brilliant career with many roots classics produced by Yabby You; most of them are collected in his master piece "Serious reasoning", published by Island.
After turning to the dancehall style, at the beginning of the eighties he launches his biggest hit "Gunman", produced by Junjo Lawes and played by the Roots Radics Band. He never abandoned his roots background though, which was developed through two amazing albums produced by Mad Professor and called "Rootsman" and "Michael Prophet and friends".
