The helicopter brings the replacement crew to Brave Tern. The ship crew and the assembly teams work two or four weeks at a stretch, and are then off work for the same amount of time. In the offshore wind power industry, the shifts are carefully scheduled. But there is one unpredictable element - the weather. And it often throws a wrench into the works.
