Chinese Leader Visits Costa Rica

Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solís met with a representative of the international department of the Chinese Community Party, Sun Chunlan. This is the country's highest level meeting with a Chinese official since President Xi Jinping's visit in 2013.
