A video clip which saw Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Abdul Rahman Dahlan telling people to move out of the city to rural areas for the sake of urban well-being had been circulating on social media a few days ago.

Responses from the public ranged from being frustrated, disappointed and even unsurprised to hear this coming from a minister.
