Colombia: Santos Apologizes for 1985 Palace of Justice Massacre

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos apologized for the victims of the 1985 Palace of Justice siege in which 98 people were killed when police and military officials stormed the building occupied by M-1 guerrillas. The group had occupied the building to demand that then President Belisario Betancur be tried after violating a ceasefire with the guerrllas. teleSUR
