NORMAN, OKLAHOMA — Miley Cyrus and The Flaming Lips are planning a tour in November to promote the latest piece of junk released by the former Disney dunce Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz. It looks like one of the concerts will be performed in the buff, including apparently the audience.

The awesome news was dropped on Wayne Coyne's Instagram. Coyne also said the birthday suit band and audience members will be covered in "white stuff that looks like milk." Apparently the milk-like substance will be spewed everywhere.

Looks like the attention seeking stunt will be filmed for one of Miley's Dead Petz tracks "The Milky Milky Milk".

Hannah Montana and the Flaming Douches will visit Chicago, Detroit, Washington, New York, Philadelphia and Boston, although they haven't said where the naked performance will be held yet.
