Venezuela: Maduro Touring Caribbean to Boost Relations

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is on a visit to the Caribbean to strengthen political, economic, and social ties with the island nations. The Cuban-Venezuelan Operation Miracle mission will return to Grenada to provide free eye care and operations. Since it was launched by Cuba in 2004, the program has restored the sight of five million Latin Americans free of charge. teleSUR
